This time I think I need appetite suppressants.

I don’t know if it is the meds giving me bad hunger pangs in between meals, or am I just extra takaw these days?
Either way, I’m expanding like a balloon every single day. At 135 lbs, I’m already overweight.
Forget my goiter weight. Somebody told me I looked like a shabu-addict back then. So it was that bad, huh?

Anyways…I’m trying to stick to the low-purine, low-carb diet. The low-purine part is easy. But I’m having a hard time with the low-carb part. You see I love rice and bread too much, I’m getting headaches when I try to cut down on carbs.

you can switch to high fiber carbs — brown rice and wholewheat bread. para less guilt, hehe. it takes some getting used to, but it’s a whole lot healthier than white.

walang brown rice dito eh. pero i’ve already switched to wheat bread. kaso mas masarap pa din ang mainit na pandesal.

glo, may red/brown rice yata sa lcc. plus, my sis was able to get 1 sack of rice. pinabakal sin kakilala nya, i just don’t know who
